Trips and excursions to various places
of the Czech Republic and regions of the neighbouring
countries are prepared not only for the foreign students but also
for Czech members of ISC. Czech students have an unlimited
possibility to come with ideas for new trips or to participate
in organization of planned tours.

Parties, ISC traditionally arranges Karaoke
and Halloween party. This section of our activities depends
absolutely on our fantasy. Every year a large number of different
actions and workshops are organized and the most popular ones are
repeated also the following years.

International conferences, ISC helps with organization
of international conferences hold by MENDELU. That means a big
opportunity not only to practice language skills but also to meet
a lot of notable persons from all over the world. Within
the frame of the international conferences some interesting trips,
excursions and other cultural meeting are organized.

Language courses, plan is to add among our activities
also language courses which would be arranged by students. The idea is
a thematic conversation run by a native speaker
(an incoming student) who would try to bring closer in enjoyable way
the culture and habits of his/her country. Hereby got experiences can
help the participants to face the cultural barriers in a future private
life and at work.

Collaboration with other international student clubs,
since October 2007 our ISC has been a member of an international
organization ESN (Erasmus Student Network), which associates 274 local
sections in 34 countries. The membership in ESN offers
a possibility to take part in international projects and actions
of ESN in order to get experience and mainly to motivate active members
and share know-how. We can also use a name Erasmus Student Network
that is worldwide recognized.
